Another certification.
Another degree.
Another year in the same role.
But after talking with countless social workers, case managers, counselors, and other helping professionals, I've realized something.
Most of them don't have an experience problem.

When I ask them to tell me about their work, I hear things like:
"I help clients access resources."
"I manage a caseload."
"I provide support to families."
Those statements are true.
They're also invisible to the employers they're trying to impress.
Hiring managers aren't just looking for what you did.
They're looking for evidence that you can solve problems, coordinate systems, analyze information, interpret policy, ensure compliance, manage stakeholders, and improve outcomes.
The frustrating part?
