Maybe You're Not Stuck.

Maybe You're Waiting for Permission.

This week, I've noticed a pattern.

I talked with people considering another degree.

People wondering if they should change careers.

People trying to decide between two completely different paths.

On the surface, those conversations all sound different.

But underneath them was the same question:

"How do I know I'm making the right decision?"

I don't think most people are actually stuck.

I think they're afraid of making the wrong move.

So they research.

They overthink.

They ask everyone else for advice.

And eventually, they become overwhelmed by having too many options instead of too few.

What if the goal isn't finding the perfect decision?

What if the goal is making the next intentional one?

Your career doesn't have to be mapped out for the next twenty years.

It just needs to make sense for the person you are today.

Because the truth is...

The career that fit you five years ago may not fit you now.

And that's not failure.

That's growth.
