One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is:
“I’m just an executive assistant.”
But when we slow down and look at the work they’ve actually been doing, we usually discover something very different.
Coordinating projects.
Managing competing prorities.
Building relationships.
Solving problems.
Leading without the title.
Your title describes where you sat in the organization.
It doesn’t always describe the value you created.
That’s where people become MISTRANSLATED.
